While https://portal.msrc.microsoft.com/en-US/security-guidance/advisory/CVE-2017-8676 may state that Microsoft has released the update to Windows Update, it has not. Installing an older release of Live Meeting 2007 on a system and pointing it to Windows
Update does not result in an update being provided for download. MBSA also does not alert you to the update as being missing.
I suggest you download the full installer, extract the MSI file and patch systems manually.
