We recently federated our Active directory to move to Office 365 online for exchange. We do not have a hybrid environment. Now that we have federated our on site Microsoft OCS communicator keeps prompting us for our username and pwd. Is it because the UPN
name for O365 is different than our SIP address for OCS? Anyway to correct this issue?
B) I would recommend checking the Lync client logs (only Lync 2010 client is supported for Office 365) and determine WHICH server it is connecting to and is requesting the login information and if there are any other errors being generated to cause
this or because of this.
