Exchange online not showing correct user details after assigning license RRS feed

    We have exchange online (O365) hybrid environment and it actually working fine, however, we have had a few issues recently where new users with the E3 /E5 license assigned but mailbox won't show up in exchange online.

    Just today we create another user details shows up okay in Azure Ad and O365 admin portal, however, the exchange online is showing user details as ( instead of user can someone advise what is coursing this? I have deleted the user account and remove it from the cloud recycle bin but when I recreate it and assign license this details appear in the exchange online instead of the user correct details.

  • Are you seeing in any directory synchronization errors in the Office 365 Admin Center main page under AAD Connect Status?

    Did you remove the account from the dumpster before synchronizing?

    Remove-MSOLUser -UserPrincipalName joe@clownpenis.fart -RemoveFromRecycleBin
