None of the networked PCs running Windows XP can use the OnlIne Services. Network is SBS 2003. I'm assuming this is a Firewall issue as I have no problems connecting on another SBS 2003 network which doesn't have the built in ISA Firewall/Proxy Server.
I am assuming you mean users can't log into the Sign-In client? Make sure the following ports are open outbound on your network:
