Content share disables Aero??

When in a Live Meeting and I share my desktop or an application or my desktop, I get a message that says "The color scheme has been changed to Windows 7 Basic" and my computer is basically unusable for about 30 seconds while it switches everything over. It's REALLY annoying. Can anyone tell me how to avoid this?

It’s by design so not possible avoiding this currently.
