Anyone have a way to get past the customer service wall of unhelpful help? Our account is screwed up and we can't get to anyone? 'Gee my screen doesn't show that" 'No my supervisor can't see/do anything either' If it is a billing question email LMCredit@microsoft.com (email bounces) Are there any 'live' people that are appropriately empowered to solve issues? Are there any phone numbers that doesn't go off to never-neverland? I'll even sit on hold if I ultimately get someone who can do more than be empathetic -
