Power Apps and Microsoft Flow in SharePoint Online Plan 2 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I would like to use to implement a tool using SharePoint Online Plan 2.

But I need some automated Flows and Power app on the SharePoint Site.

Is Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Flow available with SharePoint Plan 2 or do I need to buy a different Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Flow Plans?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi,

SharePoint Online Plan 2 doesn’t include Microsoft Flow or PowerApps. You need additional plans for Flow and Microsoft PowerApps.

Flow provides a “Microsoft Flow for Office 365” plan which is free to integrate with SharePoint Online. As for PowerApps, it is available with two standalone plans. Plan 2 provides 30 days of free trial.

You can get additional subscriptions via Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Purchase services.

Please refer to the links below for detailed information.

    Compare SharePoint Online options.

    Licensing overview.

    Plans for Flow.

    Plans for PowerApps.
