Error sending mail to external contact registered in BPOS RRS feed

  • Hello everybody,

    Sign in BPOS external contacts for sending emails and always returns an error saying the email address of contact is wrong.

    I checked the contacts and global list and actually appears wrong. The correct contact is: user@dominio.com . In the global list appears user{at}dominio.com {.contact}dominio.microsoftonline.com

    All email sent to this contact back saying that the contact does not exist.

    What is the solution to solve this problem?

  • the way it shows in Exchange is odd, but it's supposed to look like that.

    I eventually submitted a help request and they solved the problem. it had nothing to do with the odd way it displays. but i honestly can't remember what it was.
