Unfortunately (for you) Microsoft have seen fit to discontinue the physical welcome kit (as from the 1st June). This is so that they can be more "green"
Once July is here you will be able to order a welcome kit, but you will have to pay for it.
You can download your certificates as pdf or xps from the mcp member site.
I'm sorry to tell you this. I've recently passed a new cert too, and am in the same boat.
