Windows Server Visual Studio RDP Oracle RRS feed

  • We use Visual Studio Pro 2019 on a Windows Server 2019 server. The Windows server uses an ldap server for user authentification. Users connect in RDP (Dell Wyse) on this server to run visual studio 2019.
    They make a connection to an Oracle database from Visual. They get the message "The required operation cannot be completed. The computer must be approved for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation. We have the latest ODAC. There is the same problem with Visual 2017. On the other hand, a direct local connection on the server without the RDP allows the connection to the oracle database. 

    One explanation seems to be that the users (ldap authentification) are not in the Domain Users. There must be a GPO to solve this problem. The only solution found so far is to create users locally.

    1 if you add the problematical user account to local " administrators" group on RDSH W2019 ,will the problem persist ?
    2 there are other document for your reference
