Get user activity (call volume) using Powershell


  • Hi all,

    Is there a way to use PowerShell to access Call Detail Records?  I would like to use PowerShell to lookup Call Detail Records and look up the data based on user as the caller or callee, conference ID, or a date range.

  • Hi,

    I assume that you aware that you need to have monitoring server deployed to have call detail records and as per my knowledge, there an't any power shell cmdletts available to queury the QOE Database. you might need to do this in SQL admin side.

  • Ok thanks for the feedback.

    We have deployed the Lync Monitoring server...I was just was wondering if I can get that data with powershell.

  • The data is held in SQL and the Schema is document I believe. There are no specific cmdlets but you could write something to manually query SQL and pull the data.
