I tried to install a new trial version of microsoft 2010. I had a previous trial installed and I uninstalled it off of my computer. I get the error 25004 and then system error 1073522306. I am an unemployed student and cnnot
afford to buy the whole program and now it seems I have just wasted what money I have spent. I just want this thing to work. If we are only allowed to use a Trial installation 1 time regardless if purchased a second one, this information should
be on the packaging. I also feel that Microsoft should be helping me with this.
I'm not sure if I understand you correctly, if you mean you are using the trial version of Office, why would you say "I have just wasted what money I have spent."?
Did you purchase for the Office trial which should be totally free actually? Or may I ask, where did you get the trial install package? The Microsoft official site? (http://www7.buyoffice.microsoft.com)
"A Microsoft Office 2010 Trial is designed to be installed and used for one trial period." You could see this when you download the trial install package:
Or you can convert from the trial software to a full product.
The Conversion Process:
Please click here to learn about converting your Office trial.
After launching the full product for the first time: You will be prompted to activate it. Unlike the trial activation, during activation of the full product, you will have the option to activate the software either over the Internet or by
telephone. The default option is to activate the software over the Internet. Once that is done, the trial is converted to perpetual use with no uninstall or reinstall necessary.
