[Office 2010] File ->"Save Attachments" greayed out

    Question

  • Hi Guys,

    I have an user who tried to save attachments from multiple emails, she highlighted the emails that contain the attachement.

    when going to the File tab and found out that the "Save Attachments" option is greyed out.

    Is it the right option to do such a task? and if that is the case, how can i enable it again?

    Your help would be greatly appreciated.
