How can I adjust Outlook (on client/owa/or mobile) so that when a calendar appointment is sent out (to multiple people) and accepted, that a response is not sent back to the organizer ?
Does this need to be done by the organizer (by deselecting a response required option) ?
When in the Outlook 2010 client, recipients have the option to accept without response, but on an iphone (for example), there is just an ACCEPT button that sends a response regardless.
organizers are being flooded with accept responses from iphone/itouch users and we need to understand how to manage this better.
