Event ID 1003 - Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2particuraly

    Question

  • Hi,

I have a Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 (32bit) constantly BSDO'ing with system error 1003. I have no clue about what may be causing the problem. I've read everywhere about the event id 1003 and tried many suggestions, including the hotfix for the "Nwlnkipx.sys" file, none of them solved the problem. It seems to be random, not when I do a specific action/procedure.

Here's the complete report from event viewer:

    Event Source: System Error

I've googled for the complete error code, but haven't found anything.

    Any help would be appreciated.
