Exchange hybrid on premise/online cloud calendar issue RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We are in the process of implementing Exchange online and our using a hybrid model currently
with Multifactor authentication. The issue we are having is that our users who
our on our on premise exchange server cannot view users calendars that our
in the cloud. The on prem users get an authentication prompt to connect to the
calendar and it does not except the credentials given. Although occasionally it
will work and authenticate, then it will stop working randomly.  If we
shutoff multifactor authentication it seems to work.

We have called Microsoft multifactor team and they said it is not multifactor
and problem relies with exchange. We now have a call pending with Microsoft
    exchange team.

Has anyone run into this ?

    Anth

My best advice is to spend your time moving everyone as quickly as possible to Office 365 .

  • Hi,

Could you kindly share the way you are using to sharing the cloud calendar to your on-premises users?

If you are sharing the full access permission or the calendar permission via delegate access?
