I have been troubleshooting an intermittent issue with several users reporting meeting invitations being auto-declined but the invitees never receive a notification to accept or decline the meeting. Two users that I have worked with have Outlook
2010 with mailboxes on Office 365 cloud. I have confirmed that there are no auto accept/decline rules on the client and Outlook Web Mail for both users. The Calendar Resource Scheduling checkboxes on the clients are all unchecked and
greyed out. I did find that one user's Outlook client auto-declines meeting requests when cached exchange mode is enabled. Once disabled test appointment notifications arrive at the user's inbox to accept/decline. The issue still occurs even after the Outlook
profile was rebuilt. I appreciate any input or assistance reguarding this issue.
