Outlook 2010 share calendar cannot invite by group RRS feed

  • Our share calendar is in our local Exchange 2010.

    When our users create a new event in the Shared Calendar, they invite the other by input the email list.

    They found that if the email list included a email group, then, the email in the group cannot receive the invitiation email.

    If they invite the others by eamil, not by email group, then, the email can successfully send to the email.

    The group only contain internal email.

    Is there any setting we can do?

  • Member in email group(Let's say distribution group or contact group?)  would not receive the meeting invitation whatever the distribution group/contact group included, right?

    Try to logon that mailbox which shared calendar and send the meeting request through OWA to check if anybody in group would receive the invitation messages. Thanks.
