  • Not a perfect way except for the PST migration if the target server is Exchange on-premises.

    In theory, you could do the following:

    1. Export mailbox content to pst from user's G Suite mailbox, save the file in a UNC path using their email alias.
    2. Create the corresponding mailboxes on the Exchange server side.
    3. Import pst from the UNC path to user's Exchange mailbox.

    Below is a bulk importing method:

    Get-Mailbox | ? {$_.RecipientTypeDetails -eq "UserMailbox"} | % {New-MailboxImportRequest -Mailbox $_.alias -FilePath \\Exch2016\shared\$($_.alias).pst}

    By the way, if you haven't purchased Exchange on-premise and Exchange Online could also be a choice, then please refer to the following article to migrate G Suite to Office 365.

    Perform a G Suite migration
