  • Hi Raymond,

Since you have asked the same question in Exchange forum, we merge it into this thread.

Did you use the above command to check your DAG network? Please make sure the IgnoreNetwork is set to false for MAPI and replication networks.

You can provide detailed information about error event logs, and please don't forget to cover your personal information.

    Regards,

    Lydia Zhou

  • Hi Raymond,

What did you do before this issue occurs?

Did you get any alerts about a Cluster IP address was unavailable?

Please check the Event Viewer, some related event logs may be generated.

You can use the following command to check and make sure your DAG network works are enabled and are not configured to be ignored:

    Get-DatabaseAvailabilityGroupNetwork <DAGNetworkName> | Format-List

  • Hi

You shouldnt really be fiddling with failover cluster to manage your DAG, you need to use exchange and look at why it wont bring the node online.

What errors are in the logs for exchange?

Hope this helps. Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.

  • Hi Edward,

Did you mean the logs in event viewer or in Exchange Admin Center?

    Thanks,

    Raymond
