Hi AbdulRasheed1984,
You’re right. The two Standard Edition servers can be applied Disaster recovery.
In your scenario, one Standard Edition server can be view as a pool. So, you can refer to the pool pairing of front-end pools to deploy Standard Edition pool pairing.
There are two documents for your reference. The links are as below:

Hi AbdulRasheed1984,
I’m afraid that you can’t do like this. The Standard Edition server doesn’t support High Availability.
Skype for Business Server offers high availability with server pooling. However, Standard Edition server doesn’t support server pooling. It only supports disaster recovery. You can deploy disaster recovery in your environment by this document: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/plan-your-deployment/high-availability-and-disaster-recovery/disaster-recovery?toc=/SkypeForBusiness/toc.json&bc=/SkypeForBusiness/breadcrumb/toc.json.
If you want to deploy high availability, you can deploy enterprise edition servers in your environment. Then, you can plan for high availability in Skype for Business server as this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/plan-your-deployment/high-availability-and-disaster-recovery/high-availability-and-disaster-recovery.
Moreover, you can read this document to learn more about the feature of Skype for Business server roles: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/plan-your-deployment/topology-basics/topology-basics?redirectedfrom=MSDN#high-availability-and-disaster-recovery-support.

Hello Sharon,
Thank you for your response.
Still bit confused about HA and DR from the SFB perspective. This is what I read in Microsoft.
"Skype for Business Server also provides disaster recovery options for Front End pools. You can set up two pools in different geographical areas to serve as backups for each other. Then if you have an entire pool or site go down, the backup pool can continue to provide service to users at both sites."
So if I have 2 SFB Standard Edition in the same DC ( or two different locations), I can provide the services to the users in case of failure.
Is it correct?
Can you please share me any document that explains how to do standard pool pairing?
Thank You
