Outlook try to connect after use Internet Explorer RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Everyone,

I have very weird Problem, I use RPC and it’s work fine but after I open the Browser ( Internet explorer or Chrome ) the Status of the Outlook is “try to connect”.

After I reset the Internet Explorer  and close the outlook and open again its work fine.

I open another profile and it’s the same, I reinstalled the office, I replace IE 11 to IE 10, I delete the IE totally (from the features) and install it again and nothing work, I even do SFC /scannow and its not help.

I do not have restore point to the time that it’s work well.

When I set up the mail on another computer its work good and no problems.

Does anybody have this problem?  Does anybody have idea what to do??

    Thank you all.

  • Hi,

Please try to go to Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN settings, and set IE to automatically detect proxy settings:

Please also have a look at this KB article and check if it applies:

Please let me know the result.

It's recommended to download and install Configuration Analyzer Tool (OffCAT), which is developed by Microsoft Support teams. Once the tool is installed, you can run it at any time to scan for hundreds of known issues in Office programs.
