  • Hi, Ward Vissers

Is the KB above helpful for troubleshooting your issue?

I have another suggestion that check the Outlook Providers, have you ever configured this?

    Get-OutlookProvider | Fl

Make sure it is configured like this:

    Name                          Server                   CertPrincipalName             TTL
    ----                             ------                      -----------------                 ---
    EXCH                                                        msstd:*.domain.com           1
    EXPR                                                         msstd:*.domain.com           1
    WEB                                                          msstd:*.domain.com           1
