    Regarding of the issue, please provide us more information to assist you better.

    • Which OS you have used before upgrading Windows 10?
    • Did the other applications have the same issue? Such as Adobe PDF reader?

    As far as I know, Windows 10 provides 3 options about upgrading process.

    If we choose "Keep personal files" or "Nothing", the apps will not retain after installation.

    If you only lost Office 2013 pro plus, this issue might be caused by Office 2013 installation corrupted, and Windows 10 will uninstall it during upgrade process.

    I recommend you re-install Office 2013 in Windows 10.
