Office/Outlook 2010 Home Page URL disabled in Windows 7 64bit RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have seen several solutions to this issue but none of them are working for me...

Tried:- File>Options>Trus Center>Trust Center Settings>EMail security>CHECK Allow script in Public Folders.

    Tried:- RegEdit:- HKCU>Software>Microsoft>Office>Outlook>Security>PublicFolderScript = (1)

I have 5 Datafiles for different accounts set up and my currently active file allows me to set a URL to that email addresses web site. I would like to do tha same witht the rest of them BUT the Hope Page checkbok and URL control are disabled (grayed out).

Anyone got any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

I have read that Microsoft has removed/disabled the Browser functionality from Outlook 2010.  Is that true?  If so that is a big blow to the business functionality and ability to customize Outlook.  BAD MOVE MS
