  • I  am  trying  to install Office  home and student 2013 which I purchased at the store for my new laptop but they are trying to sell me one online..how do I go about putting in the key no?

  • Hi,

    logon to the store and go to your account, check history, then Download + Product keys.
    Here you can access the download of Office and your purchased product key.

    If you've already done that, but just need to enter your product key so that your Office installation is correctly licensed/activated, open an Office application and click "File", "Account":
