Window 10 Webcam proble, RRS feed

    Hi I just got my new laptop and installed window 10 with 10586 OS build. (I don't know if it is right to write like that)

    Everything is working well except the webcam and I found that I have to install the media feature pack stuff to use it.
    (Now there is an error page appears with 0xA00F4244  error code. I tried to follow the instruction from that error code page
     but I even dont have webcam program now.)

    I tried and I was able to click Download button but after that "Thank you for downloading" page appears but nothing happening.

    I am so confused since I really need to use my webcam....

    Is there anyone who can help me out there?

    Please check with laptop manufacturer and get the latest drivers for webcam

    What is this feature pack?

    I agree with arnavsharma, to make sure webcam work well, we need download and install the last version of drivers that is compatible with your current system from device manufacturer website. Please have a try.
