I'm not an IT person and would appreciate your help with the following task: Set up automated emails and personnalized messages to send to different groups of people and individuals. Outlook seemed to be an appropriate program to do it.
What I did: I got Schedule Sending Automatic Email Add-on and detailed instructions on how to send personalized emails (with/without attachements). After I created a personazed message in Word and defined a contact list with relevant "placeholders"
for personalization (such as "Name," "Company Name" etc.), I could not complete the task because I do not have
MAPI connector that syncronizes my email account with Outlook ...
I thought it will be a small task, but it seems to involve so many steps and installations. I would greatly appreciate if you can review the paragraph above and let me know if I'm on the right path in acheaving my goal. Particularly, if I
need to get MAPI to get my message from Word to Outlook and to get it work in general?
