OCS Presence unknown RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have a remote office connected via VPN and and ASA firewall.
When users login to OCS they are able to login but cannot see presence of other contacts, or serarch for contacts or talk/chat to other users. Strangely if the user does not have more than 15 contacts in OCS it works but they are not able to search and add any new contact. Search gives no result but still can communicate with existing contacts. Also with more than 15 contacts OCS disconnect frequently and there is a heavy (30 ~40 %) cpu usage by communicator. When error happens if we double click any contact with presence unknown gives below error in event logs.

    OCS version 2007 R2
