Outlook 2013 does not work/sync with iCloud


  • Outlook 2013 is not working with iCloud. Complaining about "no defined profile"! Any suggestions? Have uninstalled both Office and iCloud then installed them again. Same problem

    Try this: Sign out of iCloud, go to Outlook's FileAccount Settings > Account Settings Data Files tab and delete iCloud if it's listed. Close Outlook and try signing back into iCloud.

  • Same error here. Tried many different things and looked in many forums, nothing works. I am coming to the conclusion that iCloud simply does not work with Outlook 2013. Apple won't admit it as they never admit any problems they have or limitations with their products, but it is pretty clear that this simply won't work. Who knows, maybe they'll fix it quitely and release upadate to iCloud.

  • Found a good solution to sync iPhone with Outlook 2013. It is AkrutoSync.

    I would have saved myself a lot of time if I used it earlier, instead of wasting my time on iCloud.
