  • Hi Shashidar,

    On which role does you run the deployment wizard?

    Please check also, that you have used the correct fqdn of your server through the topology builder.

    Check also, that you are member of the RTCUniversalServerAdmin role.

    Did you resolve the issue?

    In addition to the suggestions provided by Holger, based on my research, you can enter IIS management console, set default webserver port to something different than 80, then restart IIS, then try setup again. Also, I have seen similar case resolved by making the default web site (which was not running) use 89 and restarting IIS.
