W10 1709 RemoteApp - Pop-ups hidden behind main window issue still out there?

Question
-
Is anyone still having the issue of popups being hidden behind main window. It sounds like a fix should have been sent out in may, but I have not had the issue resolved.
Thanks

Hi,
Please open Run, type “winver” and end with enter, check OS version and build, compare it with below link, make sure that your system has been fully patched.
June 12, 2018—KB4284819 (OS Build 16299.492):
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4284819
It would be helpful for resolving some known issues and improving the performance.

Hi,
1. Which build of 1709 are you running on the client PC? It should be at least 16299.461 for the RemoteApp fixes. You can check the build by running winver.exe
2. Which version and build of Windows Server is running on the server? For Server 2016 the fix for this was included in one of the recent builds. If you don't have the latest updates on your RD Session Hosts please update them and test.
3. What specific application(s) are you seeing the issue with?
Please reply back with specific details.
Thanks.

5 client PC's updated last night to the latest updates, but still the issue remains. I'm on 17134.112 and it has the issue also. KB4284819 has nothing to do with it as far as I can see.

17134.112 is Windows 10 1803 so that is not relevant for this thread.
