Office 2010 KMS Key Activation

-
Trying to configure my Windows 2008/Windows 7 KMS host to also validate Office 2010 Professional Plus.
(BTW: Server is not connected to the internet, so everything needs to done over the phone)
Here are my steps:
1. Download the "Microsoft Office 2010 KMS Host License Pack", says the host license files installed successfully, asks if I want to enter the Office 2010 KMS host key and activate over the internet. Even though I know it cant, I enter it anyway and try. It gives me an error number, which basically says it cant contact the server over the internet.
2. Enter the "cscript slmgr.vbs /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX". Returns: Installed product key <KEY> successfully.
3. I then run "cscript slmgr.vbs /ato bfe7a195-4f8f-4f0b-a622-cf13c7d16864". Returns: "Error: Product Not Found."
Not sure what to do next, or why its not working. My only guess is that the key is invalid, but doesnt step 2 verify that it is a valid key?

Well, I am using Windows 2008 R2 Standard Edition for the KMS host.
ok, it seems you've missed a couple of steps which are required for telephone activation.

Sorry Tylorwa, but you have misunderstood the information on that TechNet web page.
KMS for Office2010 is %100 supported for WS2008R2, but is not possible for WS2008.
KMS for Office 2010 can be implemented on any/all of these:
WS2003
WS2008R2
WS2012
Win7
Win8Don
