  • Hi,

You could export the library where the folder is using Export-SPWeb and use Import-SPWeb to import the library.

About how to move a library to another site collection using Export and Import commands:

    http://365hq.net/moving-sharepoint-site-to-a-new-sitecollection-via-powershell/

Here is another demo about how to copy SharePoint files and folders using PowerShell:

    https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Copy-all-SharePoint-Files-0999c53f

As your folder is too big, you may need to move files in bulk.

  • Access it using WebDav and Robocopy it?

1: Map Farm 1 source as network drive

2: Map farm 2 destination as network drive

    3: Robocopy the contents.

If you are using Windows authentication on your farm, make sure that it is located in the intranet zone of your browser, so that it automatically refreshes the token when needed. Else you need to incorperate this in your script. I would not use the SharePoint cmdlets, as they do not have any resume functionality and could easily break with that datasize.
