    We are having problem described by kb983533 using GP2010 published through RD Web Access.  Win 7 client and 2008R2 server both have SP1 installed.  After installing sp1 receive the following when trying to install the hotfix:  "The update is not applicable to your computer"  What can be done to allow pop-up to display?

    Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 should already have this fix and hence installing the package is giving that error. Is it still not working for you?

    Hi,

    We are having the same issue and the hotfix gives the same response, "The update is not applicable to your computer".

    All the servers and PC's affected are fully patches and updated.
