  • Hi,

The following procedure will guide you through adding your own logo or image in Outlook web access signature

You will need access to a web server where to host the image, and a working Outlook desktop installation to send an email.

Start off by uploading the image to your company's website so that you can access it with an URL similar to http://www.wimesh.net/info/wimesh.gif.

Now open Outlook and click on New to compose a new message, now make sure that you are writing an HTML message by clicking on the dropdown menu on the left most part of the toolbar right bellow the menu bar in a box that can say HTML, Rich text, or Plain text, make sure to select HTML.

The next step would be to insert the picture. Click on the message body, and then go to the Insert menu, and click on Insert > Picture > From File... and where it says "File name:" type the the URL for your image like http://www.wimesh.net/info/wimesh.gif. And send the message to your OWA account.

Now in the OWA account open the message you just sent, and highlight the image. Then go to Edit > Copy.

Now to insert it into the Signature, go to Options on the lower left corner of the screen, and find the button that says "Edit Signature..." and click it, paste your picture in the area that appears by right clicking on the box. Now you that you have your picture in there, you can add other text to it, and Save and Close it.

    Hope that helps.

  • This doesn't work. There is no option on the lower left corner of the screen that says edit signature. After ALL THESE YEARS of not having it, why in the hell doesn't Microsoft just simply add this feature? Do ANY of the morons there know that people want to add their company logos to their signatures?

  • Even Hotmail allows you to display an externally hosted image in your signature.

In OWA, on the left, click "Settings" and if it's not already, select the "Mail" icon at the top, where the 5 icons are. This will display your signature editing area.

  • This pretty simple man. Don't bother sending your signature in picture format to any web server. Try these simple but reliable steps.

    1. Make sure you run OWA with internet explorer
    2. Open your desktop outlook program and use it to send a mail bearing the signature
    3. Log in to OWA and open the sent box
    4. Select the mail you sent by double clicking and copy the image using Ctrl + C
    5. Open the options section of OWA, see all options and finally click settings on the left pane to see the E-Mail signature box.
    6. Click in the box and press Ctrl + V to paste the picture in the box
    7. U may add text if you wish

    Bingo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
