Our setup: Microsoft Exchange Online with Office 2010
Going through the Outlook Web Access, we can see participants availability and make use of the Scheduling Assistant, but using Outlook 2010, we get the message stating that no suggestions can be provided because free/busy data could not be retrieved.
The free/busy information is somehow shared & retrieved because on the grid view when we add participants, we see each person's availability, but the Scheduling Assistant doesn't seem to consider that or function. This issue affects everyone, so I'd
be tempted to think it could possibly be be a settings on our side, but can't figure out which one?
