How to Migrate Data from SCSM 2012 to SCSM 2019.

Dear All,

We are looking for a solution to migrate data from SCSM 2012 to SCSM 2019.

We are currently using SCSM 2012 and we are planning to install SCSM 2019 in another server with a different instance.

Our management wants to migrate all the data in the existing environment (SCSM 2012) to the new environment (SCSM 2019).

Kindly advice.

I would suggest using the Cireson Lifecycle Application, more info can be found here - https://cireson.com/products/service-management/lifecycle-management/

It allows you to copy all workitems, settings, templates etc...
