  • Hi,

What’s your version of Office 365? Is it Office 365 Home or Office 365 Business? If you have an Office 365 business plan, you must be the Office 365 admin to manage the payment and billing for your organization's subscription. For Office 365 Home, Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ (Services & subscriptions) and sign in with the Microsoft account you associated with Office.

Have you checked your subscription date? You can cancel your subscription and get a refund within 30 days of purchase or within 30 days of your initial purchase of a regular subscription. If you purchase this subscription for more than 30 days and you try to cancel: you will be charged for the entire subscription period. To see the complete cancellation policy, see Microsoft Store Terms of Sale.

If you want to know more details about the refunds. You can contact customer service for support. Contact https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/contactus/ or https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/help/4051701/global-customer-service-phone-numbers
