Asked by:
Automatic Renwal Subscription on 5/4/2020 for $74.19

Question
-
I would like to request a refund for the automatic renewal that happened earlier this month. The charge to my account was from Microsoft 36MSBill.info WA. in the amount of $74.19. I believe the email account this charge was associated with my old yahoo email (lisagreen1007@yahoo.com). For personal reasons, I needed to change my email and no longer have access to that account or the passwords associated with it. I recently purchased a new lap-top and a new subscription that is valid through 5/21/2021. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can be reached at lisacgreen19642yahoo.com
Thank you.

Hi Lisa,
You can cancel your Office 365 subscription and receive a pro-rated refund of any unused remaining days between the date of cancellation and the date that your Office 365 subscription ends.
In order to request a refund, contact a Microsoft Accounts and Billing agent.
(Any prorated credit will be returned to you within the next billing cycle.)
In addition, it seems you've automatic renewal turned on, in this case, your payment method will be automatically charged after your paid or trial subscription ends.
Try to turn "automatic renewal" off on the "Services & subscriptions" page:
Turn recurring billing on or off for Office 365 for home
Best regards
Itch Sun
