Microsoft Outlook on 360 RRS feed

  • I can get into my outlook and emails but everytime I try and create a new email or reply to an email I get...Microsoft Outlook has stopped working...windows is checking for a solution to this problem followed by another box stating.....A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Then closes. Any idea how to solve this?? probably really simple, thanks

  • Try doing an Office Repair.

    Control Panel - Programs - Select Office - click on Change - Select Repair

    Please confirm if other Office applications can work fine on your computer. To narrow down the issue, we can try the following steps:

    1. Make sure your Windows and Office have been installed with the latest updates.
    2. Start Outlook in safe mode: Press Win+R to open Run in Windows, type Outlook /safe, press Enter.
    3. Go to File > Options > Add-ins, select Manage COM Add-ins, click GO. Uncheck Add-ins to have a try.
    4. Refer to the reply above to repair Office application in Control Panel.
