  • I am looking for an Enterprise class product for the import and searching of client emails for litigation purposes that can be used to meet the following objectives

     

    Import of all email file types for example PST NSF

    Full text search

    Legal Hold

    Collaborative

    Export \ reporting

    Meets criteria to be submissible as evidence in court

    Simple and quick to use

    Reduce the impact of this type of service request on the Exchange team by 90%

    Please recommned both an in house system and a hosted managed service.

  • I found your requirements a bit funny since you were asking for a service that would reduce the impact "on the Exchange team by 90%".  It seems like you already have something in mind.  :-)  That particular requirement would be very subjective depending on your organization and operational requirements.  So, it would be difficult to measure or quantify.

    I am sure that there are hosted services that maintain this level of functionality, but I don't know of any.  For an in-house solution, take a look Mimosa's NearPoint solution.

  • Natalie, we use your software to recover mailbox data sometimes, but I'm not sure it meets all of rpil17's requirements, such as a Legal Hold or importing NSF files.  If it does, then I definitely need to upgrade to the newer version.
