Reset Exchange Account Via Phone Number


  • Dears,
    We have exchange 2013 and active directory 2008 in our environment and. We set policy for all users their password should be expire after 60 days.
    Usually some of the users are forgetting to change there password even they receive password change notification.
    In this case they contact system admin to change their password.
    My question is: Is there a way to configure exchange to when they click on forget password ask for telephone number to send code to them to be able t set new password when they enter the code.
    like any other accounts example( Hotmail or Gmail)?
