Outlook autocomplete not working RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    A few days ago, my autocomplete list stopped working. All new entries failed to save to the list. I've tried clearing the autocomplete cache via the option under the File menu in outlook, also tried deleting the RoamCache folder. Any other steps to try? Thanks.

    What's your account type? Exchange, POP or IMAP?

    According to my research, this could be related with third-party add-in. Please try starting Outlook in safe mode and see whether this issue continues. To do this, please exit Outlook, press Win key + R to open the Run command, type outlook.exe /safe, press Enter.

    If issue continues, we could repair Outlook data files to see if it helps.

    Any updates, please feel free to post back.
