Wiki Page without any Navigation - only content area RRS feed

  • Hi,
    How can make a wiki page in sharepoint 2013- show only content area?

    <style>
    .ms-core-sideNavBox-removeLeftMargin{ DISPLAY: none }
    #contentBox { margin-left: 20px }
    < /style>

    this is hiding only left Nav- but how to hide all Top Nav area ?

  • Hi mafab- instead of going through all that, just open the site in SharePoint Designer and create a new blank page. It won't include any of the navigation. Then add whatever you want to the page. If you're set on just hiding all of the navigation on a current page, use this code:

    <style>.ms-core-navigation { DISPLAY: none }#contentBox { margin-left: 0px }</style>

  • if you want to remove columns such as "wiki category", rating , etc.you can access the defualt page layout "enterprisewiki.aspx" using sharepoint designer, then add/remove the need site columns. but as a best practice do not modify the built-in page layout, create a copy of it and modify the copy ...
