Skype for Business Call Monitor Flashing/Blinking on PSTN calls

My organisation has recently updated to Skype for Business client.
When we answer a PSTN call on S4B the call monitor flashes every few seconds.
When we answer a Skype to Skype call its fine.
When we place a PSTN call from S4B its fine.
Its only on incoming PSTN calls - and it happens every time.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Lync product team have accepted the BUG and currently investigating the issue - no date yet for when this will be fixed in a patch cycle.

Hi,
Please try to check the network and performance of Mediation Server and FE Server.
Check if there is any error or warning on FE Server or Mediation Server.
For Lync client, please try to update to the latest version and then test again.

Hi
We have tested on various client versions and on different mediation servers, including pre-production hosting only a handful of users and we still get this issue.
This has now been logged with MS support and they have been able to replicate the issue in-house so it is not something unique to our environment.

+1 For this issue. We have been experiencing this issue for a few weeks now as we are rolling our first batch of test users. I have a case open with Premier Support and will hopefully help get this BUG pushed up in priority. Right now we are going to have to hold back on full deployment until this is resolved. Even though call functionality does not get affected I can just see the flood of calls from users regarding how annoying this is. They also do complain on how much of a pain it is to end or mute the call when the window is flashing like this.Thursday, August 6, 2015 5:32 PM

Experiencing same blinking while on RCC (Skype triggering PSTN) calls on latest client:
15.0.4753.1000, MSO 15.0.4719.1000, x86

This is still present in the SfB 2016 client (16.0.6001.1038) 32 bit. Any news regarding a hotfix? It is very annoying.

Still getting this intermittently for Skype for Business 2016 running the latest CU to date.

For Skype for Business 2016, this will be fixed in the December 2016 update, as advised by Premier support.
