  • Hi,

Microsoft does not provide a previewer for PDF files. Adobe is one provider of a PDF previewer, and there are some others as well. If you are trying to use an Adobe previewer, have you checked with Adobe to see if they have a version that should work with 64-bit Outlook 2010 on 64-bit Windows 2008 R2?

  • I can confirm that I have seen this behavior as well. I had Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro installed before performing an upgrade from Office 2007 to Office 2010. Both Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and Office are x86 while the OS is Windows 7 Professional x64. I have not attempted a reinstall of Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro after the Office upgrade which would be my next attempt at a workaround, although such a reinstall should not be necessary.

  • Hi,

If you are on a 64 bit OS, there is a registry hack that you have to do to get it to preview pdfs.
    Hope that helps.

I have already done that. Still I don't get preview.
