When I try to send my documents in Word 2010 or other applications to an email address through outlook 2010, I got the MAPI failure "unspecified error" message. I have already installed the "patch" but to no avail, please help, as nothing I
have tried is working.
You can repair by locating ‘fixmapi.exe’ in the C:\winnt\system32 or C:\windows\system32. Simply double-click Fixmapi.exe to repair. Also you can Open Control Panel, Add-Remove programs, locate Microsoft Office version X, Click on Change and initiate
a repair of the installation.

All you need to do is right click Microsoft Office at the control panel where you can uninstall programs and choose "change." Office repairs itself and solves the problem
