Url Path Length Restrictions in SharePoint 2013

  There are no changes for SharePoint 2013, that I'm aware of.

  if you check the Documentation from SharePoint 2013 technet, 

  System requirements for SharePoint 2013 and click on the "URL path length restrictions (SharePoint 2013 Preview)" it will land on Sp 2010 article. which means this still apply to 2013 and MSFT needs to update this.

  For url path lenght issues, please try LongPath Tool. Hopefully, it works.
