sfb contact list not replicate after migration from Lync 2013


  • We start to migrate a user from lync 2013 to sfb 2015. 

    User found the contact list is empty, we check the contact list is appear on Front end 2 but front end 1 and front end 3 doesn't appear the user contact list by below powershell.

    We have checked all front ends the replication is true

    Any advise?

  • Please alidate the Lync web services are published properly with Load balancer. Users should be able to reach the SFB web services from client machine.Below is the troubleshooting steps.

    Did you configure HA for three FE servers?

    To this issue, we suggest you disable Widows firewall and A/V software. Then run CSM replication to check if the issue persist:

    Then, run the following command to get CMS replication:
    Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus -CentralManagementStoreStatus
